Not much psychological relief fromthe news these days.
Films via Dish don’t seem to beoffering much either – vampires and zombies are in, followed by monsters from deep waters or outer space. In other flick genres, people are shootingeach other, often in inter-gender fashion, and superficial sex flows like aflash flood.Soft music helps but onlyso much.Kiddy cartoons, though, can behelpful pallatives in any age range.
If you listen carefully, one can nowhear the faint music of doom/gloom and hysteria – as the paranoid strains inAmerican culture are strummed by the specters of ISIS and Ebola.
I do think the latter is beingincreasingly well managed.
A serious question:Are there any data regarding Ebola in dryand/or cold climate settings?

As far as I know, there are no such data because it has never been reported in such climates before.

The known animal sources do not live in them.

I do not know, and suspect no one does, if non-human animals in such climates can become hosts and reservoirs. I hope not.

This is a good question, Hunter.
